The assistant will operate through tablet- or kiosk-based platforms in community-accessible locations (e.g., libraries, clinics, schools), and will use multimodal inputs—such as voice and facial cues—to detect emotional states and deliver supportive prompts, reflective questions, or connection to appropriate local or remote resources.
